职责描述：

Global Finance aims to provide HSBC with a professional, effective and responsive finance service that operates at optimal cost and employs a common and transparent global model.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1、Re-design all FIN EUC of the Project throughout BRD/FDD/UAT/Migration/Parallel Run.

2、Check the accounting posting of the Project throughout BRD / FDD / UAT / Migration / Parallel Run.

3、Check data feeding of all FIN ecosystems and all FIN reports for the Project throughout BRD/FDD/UAT/Migration/Parallel Run.

4、Production Data Migration:pre-control before the migration, health check on migration day, and post-control after the migration.

5、Provide support to day-to-day operation during the Project Parallel Run Phase of Financial Control Department.

6、Ad hoc tasks.

1、Responsible for GA's daily fixed assets module, salary module, and monthly closing manual journal entry, follow closing schedule and complete related reports.

2、Support external audit, internal audit, Asset loss, tax audit.

3、Responsible for assisting partners to solve problems in daily work.

4、Engage in GA related project to optimize and improve efficiency and quality.
5、Other tasks assigned by manager.

任职需求：

1、Bachelor or above degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields.

Professional Certification (ACCA, CPA intermediate accounting certificate) is a plus.

2、5 years+ working experience in GL or similar role.

3、Good command of English.

facilitate quality issue resolution with operations team, including root cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action.

1、Drive quality management program: FMEA, Project quality management, internal audit as an auditor/auditor in charge.

2、Compliance management: SOD monitoring & internal control self-assessment.

3、KPI Governance：KPI Structure maintenance, KPI calculation, KPI monitoring.

4、Provide advisory to operation team in process quality control improvement.

5、CACC director assistant support leader’s meeting, travel and other ad hoc task.

6、Organize CACC well-being events, ensure people engagement.

任职需求：

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

1、>2 years Practical experience in finance/accounting processes optimization, analysis and measurement with Lean/Six Sigma methodology/COSO internal control framework.

2、Share service center/Inhouse internal auditor >2 years’ experience, big4 firm experience preferred.

3、Fluent English.

4、Understanding of Shared Service Industry is a plus.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

At least: Bachelor degree.

Ideal: Major in.

1、Accounting / Financial/Audit Management.

2、Project Management, or Science and Technology.

3、Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
