　　-at each year end to determine the financial success or failure of the business.
　　Accounting
　　The preparation of financial statements showing the results of transactions and financial position in accordance with established accounting concepts， and principles.

　　The presentation of financial statements and disclosure of transactions and events in accordance with a financial reporting framework.
