　　1.收集公司会计政策实际执行的情况、撰写、更新会计、财务政策及备忘，整理并归档政策.。
　　Responsible for investigating theactual execution status, draft and update accounting and finance policies/memo,archiving the policies/memos.
　　2.调研公司会计政策的连续性、一致性、及时性的实施情况，检查会计政策在公司财务不同部门间使用时的一致性是否得到执行。
　　Investigate continuity, consistency and timeliness on policies execution of accounting policies and financial policies, and oversee consistency of accounting and governance policies at different functions of the company.
　　3.分析新业务流程、模型或复杂经济事项背景资料，为会计处理原则或解决方案提供准确的*9手资料。
　　Analyze new business processes or other complex business transactions, provide the firsthand data and research report for proposed technical accounting solution or accounting guidance.
　　4.为推广新会计政策的应用而做好相关培训的准备工作，确保会计政策得以正确的理解并运用。
　　Assist to prepare training materials for new policies to achieve the appropriate implementation.
　　5.当新的重大会计处理业务或会计准则变更时，收集因此引致的公司会计政策变化的改变或实施过程中的相关信息，积极与相关部沟通，对变更影响进行预测和汇总。
　　Collect and analyze the impact on the new accounting policy for new business or accounting policy change, provide the research for forecast report.
　　6.理解美国总部要求，撰写调研报告，协助制订或修改相关符合实际情况的会计解决方案。
　　Understand the accounting guidance from International Controllership and prepare the research report on a certain significant event to assist for appropriate accounting conclusion.
　　7.学习并了解集团内其他国家就类似经济业务采取的会计处理方法及适用的会计准则或理论，协助上级提升公司会计政策的适用性和会计核算质量与效率。
　　Benchmark from other countries how they adopt accounting treatment and apply for GAAP at the similar transactions, to improve applicability of our accounting policy and enhance quality and effectiveness of accounting.
　　8. Train new associates and handle ad hoc assignment related to finance or Accounting.
　　培训新员工并处理财务或会计核算有关的临时性工作任务.
　　*基本任职条件
　　Education 教育
　　Bachelor Degree on Finance or Economics
　　本科及以上-财经类专业
　　Experience 经验
　　7+ years experience in finance, accounting. At least 3 years of management experience.
　　财务7年以上，至少3年财务管理工作岗位经验.
　　Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
　　技能、知识及个性特征
　　熟练掌握CN GAAP, US GAAP
　　或IFRS，以及会计准则在企业具体业务上的应用；熟悉内部控制程序和财务相关政策法规；良好的沟通、协调、组织能力；很好的中、英文写作能力；
　　Strong in Accounting policies for CN GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS, strong accounting knowledge in practice. Being familiar with internal control processes and accounting related standards/regulations. Strong in English writing abilities. Possessed good ability in communication, harmonization.
