　　Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
　　Developing China tax planning and structuring ideas and products;
　　Providing China tax and business advisory services to clients;
　　Developing and maintaining client relationships;
　　Preparing tax advisory reports and memorandum;
　　Leading a team of professional staff.
　　Qualifications & Skills
　　Background Description (including professional working years, experience in related field,
　　etc.)
　　A recognized degree;
　　Qualified member of a professional accounting body;
　　At least 5 year's relevant experience, preferably gained from the Big 4 CPA firms, or international and sizable foreign investment enterprises, or joint ventures;
　　Excellent business sense and marketing-oriented;
　　Excellent report writing skills (both Chinese and English);
　　Strong China tax technical background and solid experience in advisory services covering corporate tax issues;
　　Knowledge of international taxation is a plus.
　　Skill and Character Description (Computer, English, Driving, Interests, etc.)
　　Excellent oral and written English;
　　Strong analytical ability and research ability;
　　Good coaching skills;
　　Able to handle multiple projects;
　　Self-initiated and motivated;
　　Able to work under pressure;
　　ACCA preferred.
