  Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
  Basic Purpose of the Position
  Work independently to supervise Accounts Payable team and streamline the internal process.  Monitor the day-to-day performance of the Accounts Payable team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting book and compliance with corporate policy, local policy and regulation. Coach anddevelop team in order to achieve optimal team performance and provide themsupport and guidance to deliver efficient and effective services to BI China.
  Accountabilities
  Supervise AP accounting daily operation including accounting booking review and invoice auditing.
  Ensure AP operation in compliance with Corporate policy, local policy and regulation.
  Deliver financial results accurately and on time
  Drive automation of Accounts Payable processes
  Develop, establish and streamline Accounts Payable processes and procedures
  Manage people and develop the talent in the team
  Implement other duties assigned or required
  Qualifications & Skills
  Bachelor Degree; Finance or Accounting related, ACCA preferred
  Over 5 years’ experience in accounting area at MNC(including 1 year local tax operation Experience), 3 to 5 years people management experience (including the experience of leading leaders),some project management experience
  Expertise in domestic accounting matters, internal controls and compliance and taxation
  Have experience of e-reimbursement experience
  Be able to develop and establish financial policies and procedures related to accounts payable
  Have SAP experience (SAP implementation experienceis preferred) and good software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  Be able to drive projects independently and deliver desired results
  Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally
  Be inflexible, positve, result-driven and self-motivated
  Have people management experience especially the experience of leading learders and strong team work spirit
