首先来看F5都有哪些重点。
1.Activity based costing（作业成本法）
在答题过程中我们要注意两点：
• Calculate the full cost per unit of each product in the last year using activity based costing. Do your calculations to two decimal places.
• Explain briefly how activity based costing may help The Gadget Co improve the profitability of each product.
2.Target costing（目标成本法）
一般会要求考生
• Describe how the Sickham UHS Trust is likely, in current circumstances, to try to derive，包括：
①A target cost for the services that it provides under the 'payment by results' scheme
②A target cost for transplants and heart operations
• Discuss three of the particular difficulties that the Sickham UHS Trust may find in using target costing in its service provision.
3.Sales mix and quantity variances
4.Planning and opertional variance
5.Financial performance indicators
6.Transfer price
在F5的答题过程中，一定要利用好15分钟的读题时间，把问题理解透彻，一些基础知识点如LIFECYCLE、PRICING、BUDGET SYSTEM、VARIANCE ANALYSIS、TRANSFER PRICE、PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT等都要烂熟于心，不要在不会的题目上浪费太多时间，情愿多写一点东西！
接着，我们来看看F5的进阶科目P5都会考些啥。
在占比50分的Q1中，题目一般具有以下特征：
范围较广（涉及3-4parts）；
题目有4-5个要求；
计算与论述混合；
有专业分的考核。
而Q2-4的Optional questions则有：
较窄的出题范围（1-2个topics）；
没有专业分考核；
考题场景较短。
我们将P5的考点分成5个part，考生可重点关注Part D和Part E（至少涉及到Q1中3个问题）

2. BPR; Business integration (Mckinsey’s 7S; Value chain)
3. Budgeting application
4.Stakeholder analysis
Part B
1. PESTEL
2. Risk and uncertainty analysis

5. Problems of performance measurement and management style
Part E（可能出现在Q1）
1. Models(Balanced scorecard; Building Block; Performance Prism; BCG’s matrix; Porter’s five forces etc)
2. Corporate failure (Quantitative and qualitative models)
关于P5的考试技巧，需要注意的主要有两点，一个是时间管理，另一个就是在回答问题之前列一个答案提纲。时间管理方面，Section A部分给自己10分钟的读题时间，80分钟的做题时间，Section B部分给自己5分钟的时间读题选题，每道题花费50分钟左右。答题方面，读完题目之后，先列一个答案提纲，然后对应提纲再读case，选择有用的信息，最后再拓展你所列的答案tips和勾选的有用信息。
最后，一起来看看P1的重点及技巧吧。
通常来说，P1的考试题型会先让你对某个名词做出基本定义的解释，然后将该名词结合case来进行分析。在根据模型进行论述分析的时候，考生要明确写出这几个点：
What are the facts of the case?？事实是什么？
What are the ethical issues?？道德问题是什么？
What are the norms and principles that apply？公司的道德标准
What are the alternatives？有哪些可选的options？
Which option is most consistent with norms and principles？哪个与公司道德最符合？
What are the consequences of each option？每个option的后果？
What is the decision？最终决定。
在P1考试中，同样有几个值得关注的得分技巧。
• 时间管理（注意keywords，边读题边highlight或者underline有用信息）
• 注意考题中使用的动词（如“define”是让你定义，“explain”是让你解释，不能弄混）
• 使用正确的格式（如题目要求你写letter、memo/emails、还是report，不同的要求采用不同的格式）
