2018年12月CFA考试成绩复议、申诉
复议、申诉：在公布成绩之前协会都是认真评估，确认无误后才公布成绩，所以成功的机会很小。而且一级二级都是机读卡，交一百美元给他们就是重新让机器再读一遍，然后把分数重新加一下，仅此而已。
复议流程：官网上下载retabulation的表格，打印出来手动填写基本信息，比如你的考生号，考试code，信用卡卡号，然后邮寄给他们。（基本上一个月内会给邮箱发复议的结果）12月CFA一级备考刻不容缓，大家正在认真复习，早一点复习，离成功更近一步！

成绩被report
每年CFA考试被report的人中，三分之二是警告，不会影响本次考试成绩，也不会被处分。三分之一进入调查，大部分会被处理，取消成绩甚至取消永久考试资格。如果你不巧也遇到了，先不要慌张，立刻给协会官方发邮件，诚恳说明情况。
在参加CFA考试的时候，一定要注意考场规则，任何不适宜的小动作都会被监考官记录，成为涉嫌作弊的证据被report，例如东张西望，盯着美女发呆，在试卷上做标记等等。
如果自己没作弊，一定要及时给CFA协会发邮件，态度诚恳的说明情况，解释原因，并积极配合调查，保证不会再犯同样的错误，一般会得到协会的谅解。
其实，CFA协会每年都会收到很多report，在这些report中并不是所有的都要受理，情节比较轻的就不会发信函，如果要是发了信函就说明你的情况是比较严重的，不过即使发了信函也不一定都没有成绩，如果沟通的比较好，态度比较诚恳也会过。

CFA考试违规处罚解析
首先，只要被判定任何违规，一定取消（Void）当年考试成绩。同时加以如下四种处罚的一种：
Private Reprimand：私下批评，相当于口头警告处分。此处罚并不对除当事人以外的其他人公开。
Suspension or Revocation of Membership：此处罚只适用于CFA member，即已经注册为CFA正式会员，或CFA下属协会（Society）会员的考生。仅为CFA candidate不属于此类。
Summary Suspension：处罚不配合CFA调查的考生，此类处罚同样剥夺参加任何CFA项目的权利。
Suspension or Prohibition from Participation in the CFA Program：考生不得再参加任何任何CFA项目。从1年到5年的限时禁考，到终身（permanent）禁考不等。
Similarity Analysis，这个东西简直是CFA协会的神器，具体方式是通过数据来分析，如果同一考场位子相近的几位考生答案相似程度过高，则会被判“疑似违规”接受调查，这样的方式很容易导致“被作弊”。

Dear XXX,We have completed our review of all Violation Reports and exam tickets.If you have not received a letter from the Professional Conduct Program,we determined the writing on the ticket(while a violation of the examrules),did not require further action by the Professional Conduct Program.
