CFA二级2021年考纲有什么变化吗？CFA二级都考什么科目？跟着高顿君一起了解一下。
大家都知道，新CFA考纲每年发布一次，发布时间一般是8月份，在2020年8月份通知说2021年将沿用2020年的CFA考试大纲！
其实每年都有部分变化的内容，导致备考资料也要用新的。但是协会真的很贴心了，担心考纲发生变化影响到了2021年CFA考生备考，所以不改变2020年考纲，不必再去学习考纲变化内容！接下来我们只要看一下2020年CFA考纲有什么变化就好啦！
2021年CFA考试十门科目
1.定量分析（Quantitative）
2.经济学(Economics)
3.财务报表分析（Financial Statement Analysis）
4.公司理财（Corporate Finance）
5.投资组合管理（Portfolio Management）
6.权益投资（Equity Investments）
7.固定收益投资（Fixed Income）
8.衍生工具（Derivatives）
9.其他类投资（Alternative Investments）
10.道德与职业行为标准（Ethics and Professional Standards）
2.经济学(Economics)
3.财务报表分析（Financial Statement Analysis）
4.公司理财（Corporate Finance）

2021年CFA二级科目及权重占比
职业伦理道德10-15%、定量分析5-10%、经济学5-10%、财务报表分析10-15%、公司理财5-10%、权益投资10-15%、固定权益投资10-15%、衍生品投资5-10%、其他投资5-10%、投资组合管理10-15%。
2020年CFA二级考纲变化
2020年CFA二级考纲半数以上科目实质变化较大。首先，相较于2019年，各科目的考试权重不变。
其次，考纲内容上，除了财务报表分析（Financial Reporting Analysis）、权益投资
（Equity Investments）、其他类投资（Alternative Investments）、固定收益投资（Fixed Income Investments）四门科目考纲要求无变化，其余科目的考纲都有不同程度的内容调整。单科科目的考纲要求变化情况具体如下：
一、伦理与职业标准（Ethical and Professional Standards）
删除两个章节：
Reading 4 Trade Allocation:Fair Dealing and Disclosure
Reading 5 Changing Investment Objectives
二、数量方法（Quantitative Methods）
Reading 4 Introduction to Linear Regression，删除关于相关分析的考纲要求：
a.calculate and interpret a sample covariance and a sample correlation coefficient and interpret a scatter plot;
b.describe limitations to correlation analysis;
c.formulate a test of the hypothesis that the population correlation coefficient equals zero and determine whether the hypothesis is rejected at a given level of significance；
Reading 5 Multiple Regression，删除关于机器学习的三条原考纲要求：
p.distinguish between supervised and unsupervised machine learning；
q.describemachinelearningalgorithmsusedinprediction,classification,clustering,and dimension reduction；
r.describe the steps in model training；
新增Reading 7 Machine Learning；
新增Reading 8 Big Data Project；
三、经济学（Economics）
Reading 12 Economics of Regulation中，关于评估行业监管的影响的考纲要求描述有所修改：
i.describe the considerations when *uating the e?ects of regulation on an industry.
四、公司金融（Corporate finance）
删除Reading 23 Corporate Performance,Governance,and Business Ethics；
删除Reading 24 Corporate Governance；
新增Reading 22 Corporate Governance and Other ESG Considerations in Investment Analysis
五、衍生工具（Derivatives）
删除Reading 41Derivatives Strategies六、投资组合管理（Portfolio Management）
删除两个章节：
Reading 46 The Portfolio Management Process and The Investment Policy Statement
Reading 51 Algorithmic Trading and High-Frequency Trading
新增两个章节:
Reading 43 Exchange-Traded Funds:Mechanics and Applications；
Reading 48 Trading Costs and Electronic Markets，新考纲要求来源于：
w2019年CFA三级科目Trading and rebalancing相关章节；
w2019年CFA二级投资组合管理（Portfolio Management）Reading 51 Algorithmic Trading and High-Frequency Trading
