Instructions for Completing Your Answer Sheet
　　1. Use a No. 2 or HB pencil only.
　　2. Write your name in the space provided.
　　3. Write your CFA Institute ID number in the space provided and fill in the proper oval directly below each number. An extra space before or after your candidate ID number will not affect the grading of your exam.
　　4. Write your test center code, room/section, and seat number in the spaces provided. An extra space before or after your test center code will not affect the grading of your exam.
　　5. Read, sign, and date the candidate pledge.
　　6. Mark only one answer to each question.
　　7. Make heavy black marks that fill the oval completely.
　　8. Erase clearly any answers you wish to change.
　　9. Do not make any other marks.
