请问第三点怎么理解？为什么只评价内部证据无法保证预期的精确度？我看审计证据那里也没有明确说到底如何才能保证预期值的精确度，只说了几个考虑因素，难道所有因素都要考虑完了才能保证精确度吗？
请问老师，课件中达到解锁条件时有一笔借：资本公积-其他资本公积，贷：资本公积-股本溢价的分录，讲义上有而视频中却没有，但是后边那道例题中又出现了，为什么视频中的讲义没有了呢？不是应该在解锁日把过渡科目（其他资本公积）结平吗，就像后边那道例题一样。到底应该是怎么做呢？
