  This workshop is designed to provide candidates with an opportunity to further their understanding of the concepts explored in modules 1 and 2. This workshop discusses ethics and the professional accountant with a focus on the concept of accounting as a profession, the nature of ethics, the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants, and key issues relating to conflicts of interest and ethical *.

  This workshop is designed to provide candidates with an opportunity to further their understanding of the concepts explored in modules 3 and 4. This workshop discusses governance in terms of principles and also specific rules and regulations. The workshop covers the basic concepts of governance including the main groups or stakeholders who are involved in corporations.

  This workshop is designed to provide candidates with an opportunity to further their understanding of the concepts explored in module 5. The topic areas covered in this workshop include an investigation of the meaning of ‘corporate social responsibility’ (CSR), an examination of the evolution of CSR and CSR reporting, consideration of alternative perspectives about the responsibilities of organisations and how this impacts views about accountability and much more.
