通过CFA三级的考生需要拥有48个月（四年）有效的工作经验才能向CFA协会申请成为CFA　Charter holder.
　　The CFA Program is organized into three levels and each level involves a six-hour exam. To complete the program you have to pass the exam for each level. There is no limit to the number of times you can take each exam.
　　For each of the three exams, plan on at least six months of preparation
　　Successfully complete the three exams sequentially and accumulate 48 months of approved work experience
　　Successful candidates take an average of four years to complete the program
